    GBA is an architectural design firm located in Costa Mesa that specializes in public school facilities: We are currently seeking a Project Manager with 7+ years of professional experience, including previous DSA project experience. Candidate must have a competent design sense as well as a solid grasp of the built environment.

    DUTIES

    Produce construction documents and manage/oversee the work of others on multiple projects/deadlines. Must be well-versed in the technical aspects of a project and able to produce flawless CD’s..

    -Prepare detailed architectural drawing sets using AutoCAD/Revit
    -Usher plans through DSA approval process in a timely manner
    -Coordinate and oversee the work of consultants and technical staff as needed
    -Manage deadlines and work on multiple projects/assignments concurrently
    -Work collaboratively and constructively with clients, consultants and GBA team members

    SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS

    Qualified individuals will have two years minimum experience and proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. You should be organized and have good written and verbal communication skills.

    -7+ years architectural experience
    -Experience in K12 architecture and DSA approval process
    -Ability to run a full project independently from initial design through close-out
    -Must be able to execute tasks and duties while meeting concurrent deadlines
    -Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit

    EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

    Bachelor of Architecture or equivalent degree
