Saddleback High School 2-Story Classroom Expansion

Santa Ana Unified School District
$6.5 Million

The new  700 Building at Saddleback High School is a 2-Story classroom addition that replaces several older buildings and portable units. This 21,141 square feet facility features 15 classrooms plus a large fitness/weight room and ROTC center. The second story offset design offers a tree house appearance that draws you into the space while instilling a sense of adventure. Despite some challenges with high water tables and rising material costs, we were able to complete this project on budget.
