We are specialists in the design and construction of public school facilities.  Established in 2004 by partners Sushila Ghataode and David Bannon, GBA has provided service to more than 20 school districts on a wide range of projects totaling well over half a billion dollars in construction value.  We think this speaks well of our ability to meet and exceed client expectations.

Our staff of 15 full-time employees, including 7 licensed architects, is highly knowledgeable in the design of school facilities, capable of producing expertly detailed drawings in BIM/Revit as well AutoCAD. We are also experts in the DSA plan check approval process and maintain an everyday working relationship with representatives in both the San Diego and Los Angeles offices. We have repeatedly ushered plans through DSA on fast-track schedules with critical deadlines that affect funding and construction costs
