Redesign of existing elementary magnet school facilities to address accessibility, parking, P2P, interim housing, fire alarm, site and infrastructure improvements. Currently under construction, this project Includes addition of new 10,000 s.f. 2-Story classroom building to replace aging portable units, also offering stairwell and elevator access to upper playground level.
